Judo is an Olympic sport / martial art developed in Japan which focuses on the efficient use of balance, leverage, and movement in the performance of throws, sweeps and other skills, rather than the use of brute strength.

Why practice Judo?

  • Get in great physical condition and develop strength, balance, coordination and flexibility
  • Gain experience as an individual and team competitor (compete at the local, state and even national level, even as a beginner)
